A wonderful art that you could capture all that in an image, well done! 17 Aug 2008 12:31am Ali Baratian from Mashhad, Iranbeautiful shot, it gives a sense of cooling down in a hot day. 17 Aug 2008 4:15am @Ali Baratian: Thank you very much for your attention.Yes I think it was around 11 am when I took this shot. But it was really impossible to me to be there at another time on that day,in fact it was a great opportunity to capture these unique flowers.I`v gone to Daamaash three times, but only this time(3 month ago)was the right time to see these beautiful rare lilies. Paco Díaz from Palma de Mallorca, SpainWonderful and special image of these liliums. Great color and very good sharpness. 17 Aug 2008 7:04pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomBeautiful shot, what lovely coloured wild lily flowers. They remind me of a garden variety I grow in my back garden, the shape is the same, but they are bright yellow. I wonder if the species you photographed are the original species that now give so much pleasure to so many gardeners around the world 17 Aug 2008 7:55pm @Richard_Irwin: Thanks.Dear Richard, this flower is a scarce species, and this is the original one!I`m sure of it!I`m never going to cheat on my friends & visitors.I`m not a botanist, but as far as I know(like many Iranians)"Daamaash" has a protected area (from over 30 years ago -when a foreign botanist named "Ledebourii" discoverd it- until now) That contains some of these rare flowers. That region is well known because of that. These days the whole area is fenced & you`r not allowed to visit it easily.Just at a specific time. And I`m sure Lillium Ledebouri is not found now anywhere else in the world! Nader Kohansal from Tehran, IranGreat colors and details. This is brilliant shahab! 17 Aug 2008 9:44pm saeed from ahwaz, Iranthey are really beautiful and tiy captured them so lovely! well done dear friend :) 18 Aug 2008 8:31am Evelyne Dubos from Le Mans, FranceBeautiful shot of these wonderful flowers.
