The Look of Her

Posted by Shahab (Rasht, Iran) on 24 July 2008 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

Sorry for the absence.I was a week away & I`m back now!Just want to thank you very much for the visiting & commenting.I really appreciate those of you who cared about the true story I said.
I think some explanation is maybe needed for my hesitation about telling the story or not. Here, in Iran, the human rights is nonsense! It`s a kind of joke indeed! Here you can be accused & arrested just because of spreading your own opinions & political issues in your blog(if they go against the regime)! The story I told you was really tragic, but the worst part is it`s not finished!Still continues in some other aspects! For example in late weeks over 20 students arrested because of political reasons! But the high level of censorship don`t let the medias to reflect it easily. In fact there is no free media in Iran! And the bitter part to me,the medias in all of the world just highlight the atomic issues of Iran & don`t pay attention at all to the misery of the people in Iran!
At the last,I want you to know that "Cyrus the Great"-The great king of Iran in 2500 years ago-made the very first declaration of human rights in the whole world.

Thanks for watching. All comments are appreciated.
